Dr. Ernest Koranteng is a Ghanaian business consultant, staretegic and marketing communications expert.
With 20 years worth of expertise in the areas of media, marketing, sports and strategic management, he has been managed some of the best Ghanaian brands and lead the change and turnaround of many businesses in the Ghanaian corporate space.
Ernest is Currently Chief Executive of the BAC group.
He holds a Degree in Communication from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, an Executive Masters in Marketing from the university of Ghana and a doctorate of Business Administration from the Toulouse Business School in France.
Jemimah Kokui Adrah
Consulting Partner, HR & Operations
She is an outstanding lead with superb business understanding and dexterity of human resource management solutions. She is an HR generalist with a doer rise across scouting, recruitment, reward and sanctions management, retention, training and improving human capital and administration. She is analytical and data driven.
Jemimah holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School and Bachelors Degree HR Option from the Wisconsin International University College.
Samuel Swany-Baffoe
Consulting Partner, Creative
Samuel Swanzy-Baffoe is the Creative Lead at The BAC Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies (Journalism major) from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
His interests span fields including research, journalism, media literacy and climate change activism. He is passionate about development, contributing to finding solutions at every given opportunity.

Ernest Nana Yaw Asare is a student at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) m pursuing a degree in procurement.
He is a skilled graphic designer who loves studying or designing. Ernest is inspiration-driven, focused and dedicated to set timelines. He also enjoys watching football and looking for new opportunities to learn and grow in his field.
